We stopped here for a cup of coffee, and we didn't expect the kindness of the lady who was there, very friendly. The place is along the road in the small town of Croveo.

Questa trattoria si trova a Baceno, circa 20-25 minuti a nord di Domodossola. Gli arredi sono caldi e curati, le signore del personale gentilissime e disponibili ed il cibo davvero squisito: oltre ad un tagliere misto di ottimi salumi e formaggi abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alle ortiche con burro e salvia e la zuppa di lenticchie con crostini. Costo veramente basso e qualita' notevole, consigliatissimo!

Wonderful dinner there after a long walk up in the mountains. We experienced the local specialty: a risotto directly served in a huge cheese. This was purely amazing, for the eyes, the tongue as well as the belly! Perfect place if you come back from hiking. I strongly recommend the restaurant, also because of the sympathy of the staff.
